Betsy Hodge, CCE St. Lawrence County  and Jessica Prosper, CCE Franklin County 

Speakers include: 

Jake LeDoux, CCE Jefferson County  and Jason Detzel, CCE Ulster County  and a panel of local farmers who raise pigs.

     Jason Detzel and Jake Ledoux have both raised pigs for direct marketing.  Jason is also teaching the Cornell Small Farms On-line Swine Management course.  This will be an information packed meeting.  All are welcome.  If you are currently raising swine, come and share what you have learned.  If you are beginner, come and learn about swine production before you start.
