Considering selling a product? Join this interactive workshop about recipe development, nutrition
& labeling guidelines and cultivating a brand. For budding food entrepreneurs. Participants have the option to bring one of their own food products/recipes and get assistance in the development process for that product.
Session led by Amanda Hewitt who leads product development at Nelson Farms in Cazenovia, NY. Nelson farms is an incubator for new food businesses as well as a shared use processing facility rented out to farmers and food entrepreneurs.
