Join us on Sunday, January 21st from 1 PM to 2 PM at Seneca County Cornell Cooperative Extension's office in Waterloo, for a Sprouts Workshop.
We will be showing people how to grow different types of vegetable sprouts, discussing food safety and nutrition of sprouts and how to harvest and enjoy them in recipes.
Participants will go home with a bag of sprouts and handouts, knowledge, and seeds to start growing sprouts at home.
Cost is $15 per person. Limited space is available, registration is required.
