ABOUT HERBS
Historically, herbs are described as any plant that has aromatic or savory properties used for flavor-enhancement and medicine. Herbs play a large role in culture all around the world, being used in signature ethnic cuisines and in traditional medicine practices. Not only do herbs pack a lot of flavor, they also are rich in nutrients. Fresh parsley is used in many recipes, and gram for gram it also contains three times the amount of Vitamin C than an orange and is high in iron and calcium!
