With experience as both a professional and home baker, Alexandra Brown will walk through a variety of sourdough recipes, focusing on bread while touching on other applications. Additionally, she will cover strategies for maintaining a vigorous sourdough starter and insight into baking techniques. This workshop is an opportunity for you to acquire the skills to explore the possibilities of sourdough with confidence.
BONUS: A supplementary follow up discussion will take place a month after the workshop, allowing participants to share successes, troubleshoot problems and ask questions.
