Thank you for choosing to sign up for the 2021 Oswego County 4-H Spring Clinic! This year the program will look slightly different. Spring Clinic will be a one-day event held on Saturday, June 5th. Rider evaluations will start at 8:00 AM, if you do not need a rider evaluation, registration will begin at 8:45 AM. The schedule you choose in pre-registering will be the schedule you follow for the day of. In compliance with COVID-19 protocols, the 2021 Spring Clinic will be only for 4-H’ers riding horses and their parent or guardian, no additional people will be able to be in attendance this year. Non-riding 4-H members and Cloverbuds can return to the event next year. For 2021, 4-Hers will only be allowed to bring 1 horse to the event. All safety protocols will be enforced throughout the day. Masks are to be worn indoors, and outdoors when less than six feet apart, or when the instructor asks a member too.
