Join us for our Salsa and Marinated Peppers Workshop on Wednesday, August 21 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at our CCE Seneca Office. Cost is $15 per person.
Join us to learn:
· How to make your own salsas and marinated peppers from fresh, local ingredients.
· Flavor combinations for salsas and marinated peppers, and how to safely can them for future use from CCE nutrition staff and Master Food Preservers.
· About different kinds of peppers, their heat scales, and how to balance the heat with other ingredients.
Participants not only get to taste samples, but will go home with recipes, educational materials and a goodie.
