The class will be held at Mohawk Valley Community College Rome Campus (1101 Floyd Ave, Rome, NY 13440), John D. Plumley Complex, Room PC 120. Topics include; Recipe Development & Scheduled Process, Online Sales & Marketing, Food Preservation & Safety, Business Planning & Cost of Production, & Telling Your Story. Cost of course is $75. Cost includes course binder and resource materials.
