Cornell Cooperative Extension Oneida County, in partnership with MVCC Rome will kick of the year with our Spring 2022 Recipe 2 Market six-part workshop series Wednesdays, March 9 through April 13, 5:30-8:30pm at the MVCC Rome campus (1101 Floyd Avenue, Rome, NY). Farmers and local aspiring new food business entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to grow their knowledge and skills toward a better understanding of the many parts of a value-added food business. Resources, case studies and lecture based tutorials will feature experts across the field. The series will culminate with a practice of product storytelling and a tour of the commercial kitchens.
