Not Just for Pickles, Pickling on Wednesday, June 20th from 6:30pm-7:30pm
We will be getting down to the nitty-gritty of pickling and going beyond the standard pickles this year. Hands on demos of asparagus and zucchini chips are on the ticket. Teachers: Pam Lane, Master Food Preserver and Sue Petersen, CCE Nutrition Educator.
