Mike Corse owns Pierrepont-based Deep Root Mushroom Farm, which has provided quality, log-grown shiitake and oyster mushrooms to grocery stores and farmers' markets since 2010. In addition to his experience as a producer, Mike has completed a number of formal training programs with nationally-recognized mushroom experts. He has been teaching mushroom cultivation for the past three years.
