Retired meat marketing specialist Steve Olson will be demonstrating some of the newest developed beef cuts. These cuts can add value to your direct marketing/freezer trade sales! He will also discuss software he helped developed highlighting meat cuts. Beef cuts will be demonstrated but pertains to other species, too.
