The Northeastern NY Winter Maple School will be taking place on Friday, January 25 from 4pm - 7:15pm at Bechard's Sugar House located at 61 Sanger Lane, West Chazy, NY 12992.
Cost is $25 per adult, $12 per student. Dinner is included.
Classes will inlude: Maple grading/flavors, Maple Popcorn, Tapping for Quality, Maple Granulated Sugar, Sugar Bush Monitoring Systems, When Should You Tap?, Maple Bourbon Sugar Candies.
