Heart Smart Nutrition Workshop (Part 1)
We all know that a balanced diet is important for overall health, but many of us have specific questions about what foods we should be eating for a healthy heart. Join us as we discuss the different types of fat and their effects on our heart health, how to navigate processed foods, and cooking tips while we snack on homemade chunky hazelnut granola.

Heart Smart Nutrition Workshop (Part 2)
In this second workshop all about heart-healthy nutrition, we will focus on the benefits of incorporating more plant-based foods into our diets. Join us as we snack on crispy crunchy chickpeas and discuss how regularly including plant-based proteins and more colorful fruits and vegetables can help with weight management and reduce our risk for a number of chronic diseases.
