Join us at East Meadow Farm for a hands on soil workshop were participants will have two hours of lecture on soils and how they impact the environment and two hours of hands on soil activities. Participants will also be receiving a copy of a brand new soil manual developed for this program.
These workshops are part of a WQIP grant (water quality improvement project) in cooperation with Suffolk County Soil and Water Conservation District.
Fee is $15 per person and light refreshments will be provided.
The workshop is limited to 50 people.
