Join Master Food Preserver, Lisa Shrout for a fun and interactive cooking class! You will leave with new ways to prepare and store fresh, seasonal vegetables such as tomatoes and cabbage. These can be purchased inexpensively in bulk when in season and enjoyed throughout the year with a little planning and preparation.
Lisa will be doing a live cooking class on August 18th from 5:30-7pm at the Dundee Mason Lodge (15 Main Street, Dundee, NY 14837). The workshop is free but registration is appreciated. Ample parking is available behind the building in the municipal lot.
