Now in its 8th year, the 2020 Finger Lakes Beverage Conference (formerly known as the Finger Lakes Craft Beverage Conference) is moving to Wednesday, April 29th and expanding its focus to all beverages produced in the Finger Lakes Region of New York!
Again being held at the del Lago Resort and Casino off the Waterloo Thruway exit, the Conference will focus the Tasting/Tap Room experience with all breweries, cideries, wineries, distilleries and meaderies invited to attend this educational opportunity to learn from experts, network with conference participants, and visit trade show vendors. Additionally, the Trade Show is moving into the il Padigilone meeting space, providing more room between vendors.
Your early $225.00 vendor fee with application form is due by Monday, March 16, 2020 (vendor fee increases to $250.00 March 17th) and includes two meals (breakfast and lunch) for 2 people.
· Your company’s name, logo, website and brief description (we reserve the right to edit to fit program space) will be included alphabetically in the FLBC program, on our website, and social media outlets along with press releases and other print publications.
· Seneca County CCE will provide normal event insurance, which covers any incidents other than at the vendor displays. Seneca County CCE is not willing to assume the vendor’s liability for something that may happen at the vendor station or on a vendor’s equipment. We are requesting each vendor supply a Certificate of Insurance for at least $2.0 M aggregate and $1.0 M occurrence and name Seneca County CCE as an additional insured, holding Seneca County CCE harmless for any injury occurring as a result of a vendor display while attending the conference. Space for the Trade Show is limited and will be filled on a first PAID first filled basis.
