Farm to Table Workshops

Farm to Table: How to pull it off

We have all heard the buzz about local eating and making half of our plates vegetables, but how can you make it happen?  Join Cornell Cooperative Extension Clinton County to get hands-on skills to incorporate some different vegetables into your diet.

Free Classes!  10-11 AM at the Plattsburgh Farmer’s Market

Space is limited, please register in advance to reserve a space. You can sign up for as many of the workshops as you like.

September 17th and 20th: Winter Squash- More than a pretty a fall centerpiece!

September 24th and 27th: Roots- Beyond carrot sticks and baked potatoes

October 1st and 4th: Brussels, Celeriac, and Kohlrabi-What do I do with these?

October 8th and 11th: Greens- Kale and Bok Choy, the new spinach and cabbage
