As the gardening season approaches, we would like to invite adults and high school students to participate in our community clean up days at East Meadow Farm! Our demonstration gardens and community garden plots provide educational opportunities to thousands of students and residents each year. Help us wake up our garden beds, spruce up our educational spaces, and even help build some exciting new displays! Cornell Cooperative Extension staff and Master Gardener Volunteers will be facilitating projects on all days - we welcome volunteers of all skill sets!
East Meadow Farm is located at 832 Merrick Avenue, East Meadow, NY 11554
We encourage all volunteers to bring the following:
- Closed-toe shoes
- Work gloves
- Water Bottle
- Sunscreen
