Emergency Preparedness for Pets & Animals Conf.

When emergency strikes, everyone in the family - including pets and animals - have needs that need to be planned for to ensure safety. The Emergency Preparedness for Pets & Animals Regional Conference focuses on planning for animal diseases and for natural disasters. The goal is to increase at-home emergency preparedness in the region as it relates to caring for animals during a disaster.

Please join us in an informative conference with sessions including:

* News on Animal Diseases

* Disease Prevention at Public Events

* Planning for Pets vs. Animals in Barns

Our keynote speaker, Michael Fries, Warning Coordination Meteorologist, National Weather Service (Buffalo), will tell us more about meteorology and what it is like to work in the field.

This program is free with preregistration or $5 at the door.

This conference will be held at 480 North Main Street, Canandaigua, NY 14424.
