The final class in a 4-part series about Making Soft Cheese and other Dairy Products at Home. This class will cover making yogurt, butter, kefir and more. The workshop will be taught by Gail Huston, who was the cheese maker at Asgaard Farm for 6 years.
The class will be filmed live from the Harvest Kitchen and include ample time for Q and A. All pre-registered participants will receive the link to the class recording along with the recipes.
