Chocolate Chip Cookies 101 POSTPONED

Do you want to learn how to make a perfect chocolate chip cookie? 

This 2-step project series will teach you the science behind cookie making and will give you the "how to" to make your own cookies.  You will also be making a batch of cookies to be sold at one of the livestock auctions during the Erie County Fair (proceeds to benefit the Erie County 4-H Program).

This event is open to all currently registered Erie County 4-H Members.  One adult must accompany youth during BOTH sessions. This event will be limited to 5 youth who have NOT YET been trained. 

The first workshop will be held and the United Methodist Church of Marilla, 1910 Two Rod Road, Marilla, NY 14102  

The second part of this workshop will be held at Daily's in East Aurora when we will make the cookies to be sold at auction - in July.

Prior to the April 4 workshop date, you will receive a list of utensils to bring with you.
