Beginner Poultry Production

Learn the basics of raising poultry.  This class will cover the fundamentals of starting your own backyard flock, from incubating to processing.  We will cover the basic husbandry skills for raising chickens, turkeys, waterfowl, game birds, and more.  This class will also cover the rules and regulations involved in marketing poultry products in NY State.
