What's For Dinner? (Cooperstown Sept-Nov)

WHAT'S FOR DINNER?

September 29, October 6, 13, 20, 27, November 3, 4:30-5:30 p.m.

Join our nutrition educator, Kimberly, for a 6-week series of classes to learn about both the "why" of eating healthy and the "how". About one hour a week includes a short nutrition lesson and time for participants to create a dish together which they can then sample. The classes are free, supportive, fun, and interactive.

People under the age of 18 are welcome to attend along with a registered adult, but please note that age 8 and older are recommended (basic reading skills and ability to help create the dish will make it a more satisfying event for participating children).

Classes will be held in the meeting room at the CCE Schoharie and Otsego building in Cooperstown (123 Lake Street).

Classes begin promptly at 4:30pm; you may enter the class space beginning at 4:15pm.

Please note that mask wearing and any other required COVID-19 protocols will be based on the current guidance from the health department and/or CDC. As of August 8, transmission levels are low and masking indoors is not recommended unless you have a recent exposure. If you have symptoms or a positive test, please do not attend class.

Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies.

Thanks, and we look forward to meeting you!
