Thank you for your patience as we slowly return to some limited in-person programming.

We have received guidance to be cautious and selective of our Seneca County CCE 4-H in-person offerings and we appreciate your understanding.  In order to participate in any in-person programming with us including workshops, classes, club meetings, special events, etc. we will need to have a signed COVID19 assumption of risk form on file.

You will receive this form electronically from our Communications and Media Specialist, Christie Brewer cmb446@cornell.edu. Please read the form and our safety plan carefully prior to electronically signing this document. We appreciate the opportunity to receive your electronically signed document at least 2 business days prior to attendance at your first in-person program. This form will be active for one year.

If you have any questions regarding this please feel free to contact 4-H Youth Development Program Leader, Rachel Williams rrw33@cornell.edu

If at any time you wish to review and/or recall our safety plan and assumption of risk form, it can be found on our website. Additionally our 4-H meeting guidelines can be found on our website.

Thank you again for your patience as information can change frequently. We cannot wait to see you! We want to ensure everyone's safety and understand any specific needs that you may have, while realizing that we may not be able to accommodate all of them.
