Thank you for Pre-Registering for the Putnam 4-H 'So You Wanna Be a Vet' Series - Winter 2021
This program is open to Putnam County Youth Only, ages 8-12. (Non-Residents may be considered if the program does not fill up).
LOCATION: VIRTUAL AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM (Wednesdays, 4:00-5:15pm)

March 3, 10 & 17
Participants of this program will go on a virtual tour of several area Animal Hospitals & Clinics and interact with a different Vet each week to learn what a Veterinarian does on a day to day basis as well as basic pet care.
PLEASE NOTE: YOUR Pre-REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. If you choose to pay by check instead of online payment - Full payment must be received within 5 business days or your child's registration will be canceled. Upon receipt of your Online Pre-Registration, you will receive a packet in the mail - please be sure to complete and return the 4-H Youth Enrollment Packet provided at least 2 week prior to the start of this program.
Upon receipt of your paid registration, you will receive a Course Outline with agenda.
A Tablet / Computer with a Camera & a Microphone are recommended for this program.
