Please use this page to register for CCEUC's 2019 4-H Veterinary Science Program. The price of the course is $80 if you are already enrolled in Ulster County 4-H. If you are not a currently enrolled 4-Her, or are from outside of Ulster County, the price is $100. You must complete this online form, submit payment and fill out the 4-H Youth Enrollment Form and return to the 4-H office at 232 Plaza Road, Kingston, NY 12401 no later than 1 week before the start of the program. If we do not receive payment and the 4-H Youth Enrollment Form at least 1 week prior to the start of the course, your child will not be permitted to attend. Thank you.
