The Taste of Central NY Meat and Greet is an event to promote and highlight locally raised and harvested meats. This event will give you the opportunity to market and sell your product. The event runs from 4pm to 7pm on July 24th. This event will take place and is hosted by North Star Orchards, 4741 Rt 233, Westmoreland NY. There is no fee to participate Vendors are required to provide 10 pounds of meat for our chef to grill for free samples, (example: meat cubes for kabobs, meat patties, grilling cuts etc.) also required is proof of insurance and all meat for sampling and sale must be processed under USDA inspection. You must bring your own tents, tables & chairs. Set up time will begin at 3pm and must be completed by 3:45pm. You are required to remain on site until the end of the event. Committee approval is required. You will be notified upon approval the details for coordinating your donation.
