The Seed to Supper program is a beginning gardening course that gives new gardeners the tools they need to connect with others in the community, grow in confidence and successfully grow a portion of their own food on a limited budget. FREE.
This session will take place at the Brookfield Baptist Church, 2416 Beaver Creek Road, Brookfield from 5:30pm-8pm.
When you attend these classes you will receive:
- A 98 Page booklet
- Power Point presentation of the class curriculum with CCE Staff there to teach you
- A 30 minute nutrition lesson and food samples from SNAP-Ed
- Hands-on activities the revolve around the installation and use of a new Community Garden at the First Baptist Church and fencing to protect the garden.
- Giveaways at every session (seeds, hand-tools etc.)
If you register below, you will be attending classes at the First Baptist Church in Brookfield located at 2416 Beaver Creek Road from 5:30pm-7:30pm (some classes may end earlier). Please only register once. The system can be slow, give it time to work.
You must make an effort to attend them all!
