Putting Up Apples is will be held at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Clinton September 28th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. We will be learning how to make apple chips and can and freeze applesauce. Join us for some ideas on preserving our local apples through the winter. There is a $5 fee, which you can pay ahead at our office or at the door. Space is limited, preregistration is a must.
