* COMPLETE & Submit your Child's 4-H Enrollment / Re-Enrollment Packet available on our website (This is in addition to whatever information you completed online)
PLEASE NOTE: Your Child's 4-H Enrollment/Re-Enrollment will NOT BE COMPLETE until we have both the 4-H Fee & REQUIRED Forms (Paperwork)
