At this workshop, you will learn about pressure canning and low-acid foods. You will learn about canning winter meals ready to heat and eat in under 30 minutes. The event will take place at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Jefferson County on Tuesday, August 13th. The workshop will begin at 5:30 PM. The cost of this workshop is $25 per person.
