Join us for a Pop Up Jam Session featuring Gifts From the Kitchen! Thursday, November 14th, 6:30-9:00 pm near Penfield 4 Corners. Led by our certified Master Food Preserver.
We'll make 3 items using different home preservation techniques and we'll look at which jars to use for gift giving. You'll take home samples of each along with recipes and confidence to make and give these beautiful treats from your own kitchen! Grainy Mustard - (refrigeration). You'll also receive mustard seeds for your at-home recipe. Raspberry Cocoa Spread (water bath). Delicious on ice cream, toast or from the spoon! Herbed Salts (drying). You'll also learn to make a hanging bag for drying fresh herbs.
