The Art of Pear Cider- PERRY 101
March 18th 2020 6:00pm-8:30pm. Held at the Human Service's Complex in Montour Falls. Perry is an alcoholic beverage made from fermented pears, similar to the way cider is made from apples. It has been common for centuries in England. John Reynolds will teach us all of the horticulture needs of this crop along with the business side of producing and marketing Perry. Fee to attend is $30/person
