Are you interested in maple syrup but don't know where to begin? Beginners and backyard sugar makers - this workshop is for you! Steve Childs, Cornell Maple Specialist, will present the workshop. He will share with you all you need to know to get started making maple syrup!
This workshop is indoors and light refreshments will be served.
The workshop will be held at Next Generation Maple Products, 6018 Wilbur Road, East Syracuse, NY 13057
The workshop begins at 6pm.
Registration fee is $10 per person and is required. Fee is payable at the door.
