After completing your 4-H enrollments forms, please fill out the following form for payment. 4-H fees are $15 per youth or $30 per family. If you are paying for multiple enrollments, please note all names. The payment will be done when you complete the PayPal Transaction by clicking to "Add to PayPal Cart" and then do your "Check out".
