• Overview of the Oneida County’s Ag-Friendly Initiative
• Overview of the Agricultural and Farmland Protection Plan and ways to strengthen your existing contributions in preserving your community’s rural character.
•Provide information on available funding from New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets that can be used to help refine and advance your plans.

This session may satisfy the training requirements as an educational activity substantially devoted to planning, zoning and other land-use issues. With approval of your Board, this may qualify for two (2) hours of required annual training for planning and zoning board members. When registering, using the link that follows, please indicate if your town board or council has approved the training credit. We will provide a certificate at the end of the session.
