Each Participant will be provided with a kit containing oyster mushroom spawn, three specialized plastic grow bags, and straw substrate. You will have a choice to do the workshop in person or by zoom. Pre-registration is required!!
Kits will be available for pickup for those doing zoom at CCE of Lewis County at 7395 Est Rd Lowville, NY 13367 during the week of December 11st from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
