May 25 4-H Rider Evaluation Registration 5-8 pm

To register for the May 25 Rider Evaluations fill in all information required.

Please note:

  • Each member is allowed only 2 adults.
  • EVERYONE must wear a face mask at the event.
  • Anyone not enrolled as an Erie County 4-H Member or Volunteer MUST complete a COVID release form upon arrival.
  • Members must present current - up to date rabies and coggins paperwork.
