* Open to Putnam Youth ages 8-12 with a Parent / Guardian * Meets 2x Monthly in Brewster; 10:30am - 12:00pm
Thank you for your interest in the 4-H Youth Development Program. Upon receipt of this Club Pre-Registration - a 4-H Youth Enrollment Packet will be emailed to you.
Please complete the packet and return with the $35.00 Annual Enrollment Fee.
Upon receipt of your child's completed 4-H Youth Enrollment Packet, additional 4-H Club information will be provided.
Please Note: This program may not be suitable for youth with respiratory issues and/or animal related allergies, etc.
