Here are the Fall Joint Youth Commission (JYC) and Rural Youth Services(RYS)/4-H Programs. Please note that programs are located in various locations.
Transportation is generally not offered, although contact Beth for possible transportation/car-pooling information. Late buses may be taken from programs running at Boynton or Dewitt at 4:30PM.
Youth should bring water bottles and snacks to programs. For outdoor programs, please be prepared for any weather. Thanks!

This is for the extended program until 5:30pm, offered through our JYC/4-H programs. Please sign up here for youth wanting to stay past 4:30pm.
We will create arts and crafts out of objects new and old. Projects will be partly youth led--so participants should bring their ideas and creativity. Possible projects include resin art, jewelry making, painting and more. Youth could get into long term projects such as wood-working, fiber arts and more if interested.

Join us for this extended Magic program through JYC/4-H Programming. Youth can bring their Magic cards, or borrow some from program decks. Youth staying until 5:30pm can sign up here so they can stay for more Magic playing.

February Break Programs
Open to middle and high school youth-- Priority goes to youth living in the JYC towns.
Wednesday 2/22/2023 3pm-8pm. Cooking in the D&D world, and D&D/Games
Join us at the Brooktondale Community Center 522 Valley Road, Brooktondale, NY to create food for a feast (hand pies, special drinks, medieval desserts are all possible) and then eat and play D&D. Youth from the Boynton program can continue their campaigns-- other youth can attend and play a short campgain or other games such as Magic.
Thursday 2/23/2023 9am-4pm
Join us at the Brooktondale Community Center 522 Valley Road, Brooktondale, NY for all day crafts! We will have jewelry/shrink art supplies, resin art supplies, painting projects are more. Bring your creativity and a lunch! Outside time is possible too if weather permits--bring outdoor clothes for some fun snow art!

Our last program of the break week at Brooktondale Community Center 522 Valley Road, Brooktondale, NY is Board Games and Magic. Youth are encouraged to bring their favorite games, Magic decks and their spirit of fun. We will have games such as Throw Throw Burrito, extra Magic decks, and some outdoor games if weather permits. Bring a lunch and outdoor clothes!
