About the Presenter:
Maddy Schiering, Principal of Sheer Strategy LLC, has secured over $1.25 million in grants and corporate donations in her 25+ years of experience in fundraising and non-profit management.Prior to starting her own consulting company, Maddy served as the Grants & Donor Communications Manager for Meals on Wheels Programs & Services of Rockland, Inc. for seven years. She also held the positions of Chief Operating Officer, Director of Development and Conference Director while at Autism NJ for 12 years. Maddy holds a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from Cornell University as well as both an M.B.A. and a M.P.A. from the University of Texas at El Paso.
