If you are interested in growing your own mushrooms, this is the workshop for you. Growing Forest Fungi takes place at the Agroforestry Resource Center and is presented by Bob Beyfuss. You will have hands-on experience in inoculating bolts of wood with Shiitake spawn and a bolt to take home. This is a very popular program, so register early as class size is limited and prepayment is requested.
