GEM Training (Get Experience in mindfulness) November 1, from 9:00AM-4:00PM at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Jefferson County, 203 N. Hamilton Street, Watertown.
This is an awareness and acceptance stress management program for ages 10 and up.
The cost is $125.00, which must be paid in advance. Must register by October 25th.
Lunch will be provided.
The University of Delaware will teach the GEM curriculum.
