Join us as we take a fall walk in the Siuslaw Model Forest to practice forest bathing. We will slow down and take in the sights, sounds and smells of the forest and connect with its healing powers. Forest Bathing is using the medicine of the forest to reduce stress and support healing and wellness. Dress appropriately for an outdoor, woodland walk - sturdy shoes, tick protection and water are recommended.
