John is the past president of the NY State Beef Producers Association and has years of experience working with beef producers all over NYS. In this introduction workshop, John will give us an overview of the beef industry/stages of beef production (cow/calf, backgrounder, & finishing).
(Please recall to meet the requirements of the Feeder Calf project you are expected to attend at least 2 of the 6 workshops & the showing & fitting workshop).
