Finger Lakes Craft Beverage Conference Day 2
Day two of the Finger Lakes Craft Beverage Conference will feature production-oriented sessions for beer, cider and distilling. Beer-oriented sessions will include hops production in NYS, Malting barley production in NYS, hops supply-chain panel discussion and a malting barley supply-chain panel discussion. Cidery sessions will focus on cider apple varieties, cider orchard management and a cider apple panel discussion. On Saturday afternoon, we’ll visit the New York State Agricultural Experiment Station. There we will visit the New York State Wine Analytical Laboratory, various apple plantings and the variety trial and research hopyard. Space for the field trip is very limited, so register early.
The cost is $35 for the morning sessions (which includes a continental breakfast and lunch) and an additional $35 for the field trip (which includes a lunch).
