Finding a Balance is a free class for families who have members at risk of developing diabetes, are pre diabetic or have type 2 diabetes. There is food tasting at every lesson. Families will learn:
How to work with their medical team.
How to plan meals according to the healthy diabetes plate.
Classes are Thursday from 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM from May 25 - July 20.
Classes are held at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Jefferson County
