Event Registration for Programs

Dryden Fall 2022

All programs will meet at the "Lion" in the Dryden Middle School Lobby directly after the 2:20 dismissal. Please note that for programs with field trips, your child may have to make a choice between participating in tutoring or a club during Activity Period which takes place from 2:30 - 3:00 PM because we will leaving at 2:30 for the afternoon trip. Programs run until 5:30 PM for students who are not taking the late bus and will be picked up by a parent or guardian. 

Please Note - Some programs are inside. For programs that take place outside it is vital that your child comes prepared with proper clothing for the afternoon. Students who are not prepared will be sent home on the bus. Please let Dave Hall know if you need help acquiring cold weather clothing.

Nature Crafts - Wednesdays September 28 - October 26. Come learn to make items of function and beauty as we work with leather, stone, wood and more! Outdoors

FULL Primitive Pursuits - Thursdays September 29 - December 22. Participants can look forward to learning vital wilderness skills such as matchless fire making, shelter construction, water collection and more! Outdoors

Monday Makers - Mondays October 3 - November 14. Monday Makers is an open ended program where participants decide what we do each week. In past programs we have played games, cooked, hiked and gone on filed trips.

Outdoor Cooking - Session 1 - Tuesdays October 4 - October 25. Come learn to make delicious food in the great outdoors

FULL Outdoor Cooking - Session 2 - Tuesdays November 1 - November 22.

FULL Archery - Session 1 - Wednesdays November 2 & 9. The group will walk to Klein's Archery for an hour of indoor time on the range. The remainder of our time will be spent outside learning to look for deer sign. Indoors & Outdoors

FULL Archery - Session 2 - Wednesdays November 16 & 23. Indoors and Outdoors

Wildlife Watchers - Mondays November 21 - December 19. Participants can look forward to learning the fine art of observation, stealth, tracking and more!

FULL Iron Chef - Tuesdays December 6 - 20. Participants team up for a fun contest as secret ingredients are used to make something good to eat. Indoors

Indoor Crafts - Wednesdays December 7 - December 21. Participants can look forward to working with leather, fiber and weaving materials.
