CULINARY HERBS: Growing, Using, and Preserving

Not sure how to grow basil?  What do you do with all that dill?  How to take scrambled eggs from plain to phenomenal?

Join Schoharie Master Gardener Volunteer, Elizabeth Brown, on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 10 a.m.

for an in-person workshop at the Cornell Cooperative Extension Center, 173 South Grand St. in Cobleskill.

Participants will learn about what herbs to grow, how to cook with them, and different methods of preserving that abundant harvest.

Growing your own herbs adds excitement to your meals while being easy on your budget. Be prepared to have your taste buds come alive!
